St. Germain Steakhouse, the first restaurant venture by automobile dealer and NASCAR Sprint Cup team owner, Bob Germain, Jr., along with long time restaurateur Clyode Pate and Nicole Germain.
Reminiscent of those famed restaurants nestled along 5th Avenue South and Four Corners, like St. George, Merriman’s Warf, and Piccadilly Pub, we have created St. Germain Steakhouse to welcome folks as they gather to relax and enjoy family milestones together, just like my family has done for years.

Our steak program is tailored to the most discerning customers who can be assured they are receiving the finest steaks and chops money can buy. The bone-in and boneless steaks are all perfectly aged, precision-cut USDA Prime. Our beef comes from a handful of select growers located in Nebraska and have to undergo a rigorous selection process.
